Details
- Treasury persists separately from the mayor seat.
- Mayor death, resignation, demotion, or disconnect resets tax to default.
- Laws can be proposed through a city-wide vote.
- Lottery creates a timed buy-in window and resolves automatically.
- Police command and mayor tools overlap in some law flows, but they are not the same panel.
Gotchas
- Mayor powers are visible and audited.
- Law proposals still pass through normal law validation.
- A lottery continues even if the mayor leaves during the window.
- Staff can override for moderation and support.
